Fac Console 4.0.9 Beta 3 is now available for download and testing. This release is intended for testing as it is the first 4.x release certified for all existing (and some new) reinsurers in the global network. In addition to several new connectivity channels (SFTP, FTPS and Compatibility Mode HTTPS) this version has better proxy detection and supports extensive diagnostics.

The installer has been updated to support Windows 2003 Server installations. Also, the Microsoft Data Access Components have been upgraded to version 2.8, and the Microsoft Jet has been updated to Service Pack 8. The download is available now in the Download section of the site.

A new release of FAC Console 4 is now available to download. It addresses many issues with the initial release that you as our customers have found. We also have incorporated the Oracle support as well.

Due to the extent of the changes, it isn't offered as a patch to the previous version. It will require a full reinstall. We apologize for any inconvienence this causes and will provide any assistance necessary to ease the transition. Future releases will be in the form of a patch.
